"I had a clogged drain line to the main sewer that was causing the toilet on the first floor to overflow. Stanley Teng and his coworker, from Zoom Drain SD, did an outstanding job in clearing and cleaning the drain to sewer line that was totally blocked by tree roots, in a timely manner. They carefully inspected the inside of the pipe leading to the main sewer using a camera to pinpoint where the tree root had completely obstructed the inside of the pipe. Then, they used a hydro-jetter to cut the tree roots and clear the pipe completely. They were very meticulous, detail-oriented, and professional throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did in such a timely fashion. I would very highly recommend Stanley Teng (Zoom Drain SD) to anyone in need of a skilled and reliable plumber."
