Complete Sewer Repair, Replacement & Installation Solutions

We help homeowners and businesses throughout Seattle with every aspect of sewer services. Here are the main solutions we offer:

  • Sewer Line Repair: Fixing leaks, cracks, pipe blockages, or root intrusion using trenchless repair methods and traditional techniques when needed.
  • Sewer Line Replacement: Removing and replacing badly damaged, collapsed, or outdated pipes with long-lasting, code-compliant solutions.
  • Sewer Line Installation: Laying new sewer lines for remodels, property expansions, and new construction, always ensuring full permit compliance in Seattle.
  • Sewer Maintenance & Video Inspections: Preventive cleaning and advanced video inspections to catch problems early and help avoid emergencies.

In addition to standard services, we offer customizable sewer maintenance plans for property owners who want to avoid unexpected failures. Seattle's characteristic clay soils often lead to pipe shifting and alignment issues over time, so we monitor these factors closely during every inspection. For older or historically significant neighborhoods, we consult on the safest and most cost-effective piping upgrades to future-proof your investment. We also advise on system capacity upgrades if you’re expanding or remodeling. Whether you require routine cleaning or a new line for a remodel, our services are designed to deliver local insight and long-term value.

We also coordinate with power and water utilities to ensure utility lines are always located and handled safely.

My experience with Corey was so easy. He did the work quickly but also put in extra time when something wasn't quite up to his standards. I honestly wouldn't have noticed. He explained things respectfully without talking down to me, and I felt comfortable with him around. Not always a given as a small woman. He was considerate about not tracking mud around and was somehow able to avoid damaging the jungle of plants blocking access. Will definitely call them again next time something inevitably breaks.
Elizabeth Boudreaux
Jeff Davis was terrific, thorough, and a hard worker. We expect that Zoom Drain fixed our problem, but must await the rains to be sure.
James Moore
Cory was super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Bonus points for being an animal lover!!
patty lynn
Jeff did a great job with keeping us updated at every step of the repair process, as well as trying a variety of methods to solve the problem. I appreciated his concern for avoiding property damage, and trying to use the least costly route of mediation for the problem.
Gina Gatmaytan
Cory cleaned out our house's side sewer. It turned out to be a complicated job because the connection to the city sewer, accessed through a manhole within the sewer easement, was clogged with roots. He had to use two different cameras to get a full picture. He took several trips to the manhole. He knew his gear like the back of his hand. He was able to punch a hole through these roots and provisionally restore our service. He recommended we talk to the wastewater district about clearing the roots at the bottom of the manhole. There are several other side sewer connections that converge in that manhole. Cory's sleuthing probably saved a lot of grief for some other homeowners. He also worked his ass off. The wastewater district's crew called and said they'd be out tomorrow to clear those roots. A happy ending! Highly recommend these guys!
Cameron Johnson
I spoke with the owner at 7 a.m. on a Saturday morning to get help with a pump alarm. He was out of town for his son's wedding but still got right on it and sent tech Cory Hodnett, who was excellent. Got right to the point with no unnecessary add-ons. Highly recommend Zoom Drain and Cory!
karri Lola
Call these guys! They can and will get the job done, great work and clear communication. I called 5–6 other companies about getting our sewer pit pumped. Zoom Drain was the only company who had the equipment, experience and ability to do the job. Good people do good work and these are good people!
Joshua Seth
Super reliable and very professional! Will definitely call Zoom Drain in the future as well!
Joel Shippell
Prompt and professional. And only said "smells like money" because I prompted him. My drain drains again.
Tom Pleas
The job was a tough one and although not entirely completed, my guy (Corey?) gave it 2000% to try to remedy the issue.
Keely Fetters
Cory did a great job replacing the float switch on our ejector pump setup. He was the only technician that took the time to open the unit and actually check what parts were working and what wasn't. The other two companies I called wanted to just replace the entire pump system, none of which opened it up to see what was going on. The quote was reasonable, and he did a quality job getting us back up and running. Definitely recommend!
Andy Ybarra
Zoom Drain is amazing. They came right away, gave me a price which was 15% less than the other guy. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain. Great price, great service, and on time.
Todd Trader
Cory was great, went above and beyond to make sure the clog was cleared.
Tejvansh Singh Thakral
Jetted out mainline that was filled with roots. Fast, efficient.
Steve W.
Worked with Dennis and Kimberly quite a bit. They built a wonderful business with fantastic employees. Love how much they give back to the community.
Gordon Bock
Zoom Drain is the type of company you hope to never call, but when you do, you know you're in great hands. We had a clog that was difficult to diagnose and required multiple points of inspection. Anthony did an incredible job making sure to only do what was required and educate us on your plumbing system every step of the way. When it came to the fix, their crew was quick and efficient. We hope to not need their services again, but if we do, we know who to call :)
