"This is one of the happiest day of my life, really! Joe, the young man who did the work and just turned 19, was the friendliest, most educated, informative, helpful and polite professional I have ever dealt with, really, and did an extremely thorough job. I have been snaking my line for the past two years, having to take my toilet on and off. I am so relieved it’s over. He was smart, experienced, and advised me with the best way possible to solve the problem that I was dealing with. We went under my crawlspace together and inspected everything that I’ve been dealing with, and he showed me some other options that I didn’t see before. He dug out a 10 foot section in my yard by himself and found other roots that I could not see by using his camera and GPS. Joe also insured that the dirt was placed in the proper place and it was easy for me to fix the landscaping when he was done. I would have fixed this myself, but it would not have stopped the problem if he had not told me - this saving me sweat, blood and tears. I could never have found such an honest, trustworthy and respectable person/company to help our issue. So grateful we saw your sign in Birchwood Lakes and made the call.
