    Frank not only fixed the initial problem, but the long-standing problem and explained it all to me so I can troubleshoot better in the future.
    "First of all, I contacted them at 8:30 a.m. and my job was completed by 10:00 a.m. On a Monday! If that’s not service, I’m not sure what is. I had my toilet’s chain and arm replaced months ago, but my toilet kept running and then the flap would no longer open to flush. Frank came over and not only fixed the flap, but realized my toilet kept running because the water level was not right. So he stayed and fixed that, and told me why I’d been having problems for months. I’m never using another service. Not only did he fix the initial problem, but the long-standing problem, and he explained it all to me so I can troubleshoot better in the future."
