We were coming into town from a trip to the mid west and our daughter (who was staying at our house) called just after we passed through Evanston and said they had no hot water. This was on a Friday afternoon. We got home and called other plumbers and got no response. We called Zoom Drain and they responded and came out that afternoon and replaced the water heater and updated everything to code. They were professional and did a great job. Their prices were fair and competitive. I can't say enough good things about Jason and the job he did. I will make Zoom Drain my first call next time I have a plumbing issue.”
