Zoom Sewer and Drain did an outstanding job. The technicians were prompt, extremely nice, and courteous. I had a different company come out; they told me the pipe was probably broken and I needed to dig up my yard. For a $250 additional charge, he would look at it with a camera. The Zoom quote was less than the original guy who came out and it included the camera. The Zoom technicians are extremely knowledgeable, used the camera and tried a different clean out. They fixed the problem in about an hour. I believe they were heaven sent.

I had a clogged bathroom sink, a slow-draining sink next to it, and an unpleasant smell coming from our shower drain when the water runs. I scoured Yelp, reading reviews, and after a number of responses from different companies, I chose Zoom Drain, and I’m glad I did! Their response time was fast, scheduling was a breeze, and their staff was polite, efficient, and easy to deal with.
I’ll just say their technician JJ was amazing; a real asset to their company! He respected my home, my dogs, my elderly mother, and took the time to answer my questions and help educate me, and I really appreciated that. He’s the kind of guy I’d want to kick back with, have a beer, and watch a game!

Zoom fixed the clog for half the price
I used another company prior to contacting Zoom Drain.
I had a clog and the previous company wasn't able to fix the problem after I spent about $500 with them. They actually wanted more money to keep testing other methods to see if they'd eventually fix it. I told them I would get a second opinion and go from there.
I contacted Zoom and they came out the next day and fixed the clog for half the price in about 30 minutes or so. I wish I would have contacted them first. Lesson learned, I guess.

I had a shower that wasn’t draining at all. I scheduled an appointment through the phone, which was super easy, and they even had a same-day appointment available! The guys were punctual, wore shoe covers, and explained the costs up front. I was a little shocked to hear the sound of a drain being cleared - it sounded like my bathroom was being demo’d! (I just didn’t know what it would take to clear the shower of two teenagers). They cleared the shower and the two drains in about 1/2 an hour. Great work!
