Zoom Drain came out this afternoon within 30 mins of me calling for service. They texted a picture of my technician and called as they were headed our way. Wasn’t urgent, but they came by fast. Sam Harper was our technician, and he was polite, friendly, and informative. We had a cleanout that was overflowing in the yard. He recommended a Hydrojet service, which was roughly $699 and a flat rate. Seemed like a fair price based on my Google searches. Cleared the clog and warranty up to 3 months of service. Also replaced the cleanout cap with a new one that actually works vs the old one that was on there. Customer service was excellent and payment was easy online. Overall process was easy and timely. Would recommend for service.
