Meet Brent & Dylan: From First Responders to Franchise Owners

Brent and Dylan bring a unique combination of field expertise, leadership, and operational know-how to their Zoom Drain franchise.

Brent Henderson is a Firefighter/Paramedic with the Orange County Fire Authority, an entrepreneur, and the former COO of a manufacturing company. His background includes managing high-pressure operations, construction projects, and real estate investments—skills that translate directly into running a smooth, efficient service business.

Dylan McKee is a Fire Engineer for the City of Long Beach with years of experience in emergency response, logistics, and team coordination. A natural problem-solver, Dylan’s calm under pressure and commitment to safety make him a standout leader in the field.

“Our backgrounds in emergency services taught us how to lead teams, work under pressure, and get the job done right. Those same skills now help us deliver top-tier service for every customer,” said Brent.

Dylan was born and raised in Huntington Beach, while Brent has called Costa Mesa home for over 14 years. Their strong local ties give them a deep understanding of the community they serve—and a personal commitment to delivering excellent results.

“We love our community,” said Dylan. “It’s not just where we work—it’s where we live, raise our families, and stay active. Being able to serve the community we call home while growing a business is something we truly appreciate”

Outside of work, Brent enjoys surfing, diving, and practicing jiu-jitsu, while Dylan—once a professional motocross and supercross athlete—still finds time to ride and stay involved in the sport. Both are passionate about family, community involvement, and mentoring the next generation.
