Tom Tedtaotao brings decades of service industry experience and leadership to his new venture with Zoom Drain. A proud Pacific Islander from Guam and a U.S. Army Veteran, Tom has built his career on discipline, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
His educational background and technical training have supported his success across multiple service industries. Over the years, Tom has owned and operated several service-based businesses, including HVAC, appliance repair, air duct cleaning, kitchen exhaust cleaning, and vending operations.
Through these experiences, Tom has learned how to wear many hats, managing operations, leading teams, and delivering quality service. His approach is simple: focus on integrity and customer service, and the business will follow.

Tom discovered Zoom Drain while searching online for his next opportunity within the service industry. What ultimately drew him in was something personal, seeing firsthand the drain and sewer issues experienced by family members and friends.

New Roots in Greenville
After retiring from government service, Tom and his family made the move from Guam to Greenville, a place that already felt like home thanks to frequent visits and close friends and family in the area.
Now settling in full-time, Tom is excited to become part of the local community. He’s especially drawn to the welcoming, friendly nature of the people in Greenville and the strong sense of connection throughout the area.
Outside of work, Tom and his family enjoy volunteering, hiking, exploring farmers markets, and attending local music events, fully embracing everything the region has to offer.
What’s Next for Zoom Drain Greenville
Zoom Drain Greenville is set to launch with a growing team, with plans to hire 3–5 employees within the first three months. Looking ahead, Tom plans to expand steadily, adding up to 8–10 team members and increasing capacity to as many as eight service trucks within the next two years.
With a clear vision for growth and a strong foundation in service, Tom is focused on building a business that not only meets demand but becomes a trusted name throughout the region.
