The tech arrived right when they said they would. Ran a camera and showed me their findings. Picture was really good quality and easy to see. To my surprise, they told me the pipes were in really great shape and did not recommend the additional cleaning service. It ended up being a problem in the septic tank. I really appreciate that they were honest and didn't just automatically provide the additional service. Most big drain outfits will just proceed to charge for every service they can think of. Zoom Drain even gave us a referral discount, which helped as money is tight for everyone these days.

It was a very difficult job and at times I thought I wouldn't blame him if he gave up. But, as he said, 'I couldn't sleep at night if I didn't feel like I had completed the job' to my satisfaction. He had to snake three times to get through the root clog, over 70 ft away! He was professional, clean, and conscientious. I could not rate him higher! 100% satisfied.
