    Daniel was able to show up very early the day after our sewage pipe was clogged and flooded our first floor.

He then unclogged the pipe and told us what immediate repair we'll need to do on the pipe leading from the house to the street."

And figure it out he did, with friendly expertise, walking and talking me through the process every step of the way, laying some much-needed education on me as he worked. It was nearly 8 p.m. by the time he was able to leave, but he was just as friendly leaving as when he walked in. Best of all, the current problem was fixed, and an even bigger problem (one that we suspected) was confirmed via camera. Not great news, but really great to know for sure what's going on down there. This kind of work is never cheap, but we feel really good about the value we got from Zoom, thanks to great service from JC."
