TBH I hesitated a bit due to Zoom being a chain, but it turns out that it was the best service I could have gotten from any private company. Ana's was amazing! He did a wonderful job jetting & clearing our main drain. His demeanor was so professional yet so friendly & polite. God blessed us when he hooked me up with Zoom & Anas!

Timeliness of service can't be beat
Basement deep sink was backing up from our main sewer line, and snaking it ourselves didn’t fix the clog. Called Zoom at 3:30 pm and they had a technician at our home within an hour! They offered to snake again for $500, but we opted for the costlier water jetting system which blasted the clog away (the clog was caught in the trap, which is why the snake didn’t work). They were also able to blast some tree roots that were growing near the stack, and I’m pretty confident the gunk was completely cleaned out. It was expensive ($800), but the timeliness of service can’t be beat.

Had a clog that should have been remedied that day (but the other plumbers flaked and wouldn't give us any info about ETA), which was fixed by James in a timely and professional manner. The next day Zouheir came out to survey the area for further work.
