John cleared the clogged line in about fifteen minutes. This saved me the hassle of moving my family to a hotel for the night.

Had a clog that should have been remedied that day (but the other plumbers flaked and wouldn't give us any info about ETA), which was fixed by James in a timely and professional manner. The next day Zouheir came out to survey the area for further work. Both were very friendly and explained the issues at hand, and gave multiple options for moving forward. 10/10 will be going to them again for future work.
