From start to finish, he was polite, communicative, and transparent, ensuring we understood exactly what needed to be done and providing detailed written estimates. Then, he rolled up his sleeves and worked tirelessly from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, never slowing down and never cutting corners. His attention to detail was outstanding—not only did he complete the job efficiently, but he also cleaned everything up behind him (even vacuumed!). The fact that he even volunteered to come back and reinstall our fixtures correctly once the new flooring is in just speaks to his dedication and customer service.

Aaron Felts did an amazing job. I had a major clog, and all the plumbers kept telling me is, "We can't find it," and their solution was to tear up my driveway and replace all the piping for 29,000 dollars. Aaron assessed the situation and gave me a quote to jet set it. He explained everything to me on what everything entailed and even answered my idiotic questions I had. He came back out a few days later, took his time to ensure we would get the clog out. The clog was nowhere even near the sewer; it was built up in an elbow under the house. You're lucky if you get him as your technician. He did an amazing job! I can't say enough good things about him and how he put me at ease every step of the way!

I recently had Aaron Felts from Zoom Drain come out, and the difference in service was night and day. I have a tricky dual sink setup, and in the past, other large plumbing companies have struggled for hours trying to figure it out.
