New build, only lived here a short while. However, since moving in, had issues with this toilet. Every time builder’s contractor came when complained, never found an issue. Why? Because it was the persons who installed even though it’s not my profession. As suspected, it was not visual… (not flanged properly, circumferences not aligned and the flange not connected at all, moved completely around when toilet was removed). However, Zoom (Chris) fixed the issue, little pricey but what isn’t nowadays, arrived as promised and got the job done! Would definitely use again, hope we don’t have to but good to know.
