I could not have asked for better service.
I had an issue where water was overflowing the toilet when we used the washer or showered. I paid a plumber to come out and we discovered my kids put some large rocks in a clean out pipe located in our front yard. This created a backup. The plumber couldn't remove the rocks. The county wouldn't help because it was on our property. After calling over 10 places, Zoom Drain was the only place who offered to come look. I could not have asked for better service. They arrived on time and ready to work. Michael was knowledgeable and kept me updated. After over an hour of work, my water was flowing again! He also added a cap for the pipe so this doesn't happen again. I would definitely recommend them!

Zoom Was Expensive but Probably Competitive
Couldn’t figure out a way to modify my review of my sewer main cleanout and inspection, which basically said, “great but expensive.” Out of curiosity, I called one of the big firms in Newark for a quote after the fact. They would’ve charged 60% more than what Zoom Drain charged, so, to revise my review: Zoom was expensive, but probably competitive with other firms not named BB or Horiz.

They’re good at what they do
Jonathan Rodriguez from Zoom Drain has bailed us out of work previously done incorrectly by correcting the hot and cold feeds running into and out of the hot water heater and bringing them up to code by replacing the first 12” of PEX with copper pipe. We had occasion to use Zoom again recently when a pipe burst inside the laundry room wall. Jonathan again bailed us out of an unholy mess (no pun intended). He replaced the cracked pipe, corrected its placement, and swapped the hot and cold lines, which had hot water coming out of the backyard spigot (!). We presented a mess, and Jonathan was calm, professional, courteous, and efficient. He cleaned up after himself, and you’d never guess what had happened just hours before his arrival. If you’re reading this review and not using Zoom Drain, you should seriously consider rethinking your decision. They’re good at what they do, go above and beyond, and are competitively priced. Thank you yet again, Zoom!

Aaron Felts Did an Amazing Job
Aaron Felts did an amazing job. I had a major clog, and all the plumbers kept telling me is, "We can't find it," and their solution was to tear up my driveway and replace all the piping for 29,000 dollars. Aaron assessed the situation and gave me a quote to jet set it. He explained everything to me on what everything entailed and even answered my idiotic questions I had. He came back out a few days later, took his time to ensure we would get the clog out. The clog was nowhere even near the sewer; it was built up in an elbow under the house. You're lucky if you get him as your technician. He did an amazing job! I can't say enough good things about him and how he put me at ease every step of the way!
