Saul and Shane were awesome! They were very polite and knowledgeable. We've had a blocked bathroom sink drain for a long time. They both agreed that a simple approach would be the best way to start (and the most cost-effective) with the understanding that if that didn't work, they had other options that would require additional costs. However, they had the time to get started even though they were here just for a consult. We felt comfortable with them trying the initial solution and seeing where we would go from there. With a lot of elbow grease and great senses of humor, they were able to fix our drainage problem with their original solution – saving us lots of time and money!
