James gave me a heads-up as to when he would arrive, initially a window of time and then within 15 minutes of arrival, and that really meant a lot. He was extremely professional! He gave me the diagnosis of my non-draining kitchen sink, and went about his business for over two hours. He solved the problem. Even after bringing the huge machine in with the snake to go down the drain 50 feet, he cleaned everything up and even cleaned under my kitchen sink, which I rarely think of doing.
