    Overall a very good service, and would commend our technician Zach specifically for really good customer service.
    "My basement flooded Friday night and I was able to schedule the next day for someone to come by. They called to confirm the appointment Saturday morning. They came later than the window, but explained that there was an emergency situation. I was just happy that they communicated and still came. During the appointment, the technician, Zach, was very friendly and professional. He let me watch him work and explained the process as he was working. It rained for a short while during the appointment, but Zach did a good job even with the impending storm. We ended up running into a problem he couldn't fix, but he gave me good resources and advice on next steps with contacting the city and also scheduling a meeting with more experienced consultants with Zoom Drain the following week. Overall a very good service, and would commend our technician Zach specifically for really good customer service."
