The owners of Zoom Drain Nashville, Bret and Kathy Foster, along with their son Garrett, bring decades of expertise and a strong commitment to the Middle Tennessee community. For over 15 years, the Fosters have been trusted members of the Nashville business community, building a reputation for excellence through their successful ownership of Granite Transformations of Nashville. Specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling since 2007, they have consistently delivered exceptional workmanship and top-tier customer service, earning the trust of homeowners across the region.

Bret, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Clemson University, has spent his career managing complex home improvement projects, bringing a wealth of technical expertise and leadership to this new venture. Kathy, with a Marketing degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, has a deep understanding of customer care and marketing, ensuring every client feels valued and supported. Garrett, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Mississippi State University, grew up immersed in the family business and is now applying his hands-on experience to this exciting new chapter.

As longtime residents of Nashville, the Fosters are deeply connected to the community and passionate about serving its growing and diverse population. Uncertain why the second request. Responded as soon as requested on Friday. Was a great experience. A good job. Since I was a lad I’ve always been eager to learn how things work. Adam was patient to “all my questions” and explained to me how FreeScaler worked. I had experience with a polymer-treated fiberglass sleeve. Inquired about that. So once again tremendous experience. We had camera work and high pressure (3,200 psi) cast iron scaling done. This was not an option below.

We had an excellent experience with Andrew. He arrived promptly, thoroughly assessed the situation, and did an outstanding job clearing our drains. One issue involved a 50-year-old drain leading nowhere, and Andrew worked diligently to diagnose the cause of the slow drainage. He was able to remove a bag that was obstructing the line, scoped the drain as far as possible, and provided honest, fair recommendations and options for any additional work that might be needed. He also cleared a gutter drain with a buried downspout, removed roots that had grown into the line, and restored proper flow. Throughout the service, Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. We would absolutely call again for future service and highly recommend him to anyone needing drain or plumbing work.

We called to service the drain from the downspout to the street that was overflowing. Unfortunately, the tech assigned for the original appointment was running late, but Zoom Drain kept me informed, so I was not waiting for the tech to show. We quickly rescheduled, and the tech showed up on time for the new appointment. Adam quickly diagnosed the cause and cleared the blockage in 15 minutes. He cleaned up from the water overflow from the downspout and made sure I was happy with the appearance after he was finished.
