I used the text feature on their website after 8 PM, not really expecting a quick reply, but someone got back to me right away. They had a technician out here first thing the very next morning, and the problem was completely resolved.     Jacob and Garrett were great to work even with the gutter guards.
    "I live in an 18-year-old home with a complicated gutter system and roof, which most of the 11 gutters end underground. Mature trees are around the house and gutter guards on half the house. Jacob and Garrett were great to work even with the gutter guards. I took the day off work to execute their suggestions like digging a trench from the black corrugated pipe to a ditch between my house and the neighbor. The device called a ‘jetter’ is like a toilet plunger, snake, and power washer in one device. I like how they had a camera to show me where the pipe had collapsed in several places and suggested where to re-route the downspouts. They also helped me color code where each downspout leads. At the end of the visit all pipes were running clear. I would recommend them. They are trustworthy and helpful."
