    "Zoom Drain came to my house to water jet a buried underground black flex corrugated gutter pipe that had clogged. The pipe had previously failed and was full of gravel, and they were unsuccessful to clear the pipe. They said no charge because they failed to clear the pipe. The 40' of old pipe did need to be completely replaced as it was collapsed. They gave me a good price to dig up the old flex pipe and replace it with schedule 40 PVC. It turned into a major back-break labor job due to all the gravel and rock-hard ground, but they got it done at their original estimate price."

    "I had an outstanding experience with Zoom Drain! A few days ago, I noticed our sewer pump was running nonstop. I scheduled a service, and Garrett arrived promptly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, found something stuck in the pump, and impressively fixed it without needing to remove the unit. After his repair, the pump immediately worked much better. Garrett was very professional and explained that I should monitor it, and if the issue returned, they could come back to remove and clean the pump completely. A few days later, when the pump still seemed off, I scheduled another visit. Adam came out and was just as professional and efficient. He carefully cleaned and repaired the pump, ensuring it was fully restored and running perfectly before he left. Both technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in their work. Zoom Drain provided fast, honest, and top-quality service from start to finish. It’s rare to find such professionalism and reliability these days—I highly recommend them to anyone needing expert help with drains or pump systems!"

I used the text feature on their website after 8 PM, not really expecting a quick reply, but someone got back to me right away.
