    "I had an excellent experience with Zoom Drain. Garrett Foster came out the same day I called and provided a free estimate to replace a failing underground black corrugated pipe connected to my gutter system. He recommended upgrading to solid white PVC, which I really appreciated since it’s a much more durable and long-term solution. He also replaced the old pop-up emitter with a new green one. Best of all, he completed the entire job the same day. The work was done professionally and efficiently, and everything is now working properly and ready for my new gutter system installation. Garrett was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Zoom Drain to anyone dealing with drainage issues."

The company just sets prices high."

    "My sister and I recently inherited our grandparents’ home (built in 1962), and let’s just say…the plumbing was rough. The old galvanized pipes were causing all kinds of issues—our sink would overflow when the washer ran, the dishwasher wouldn’t drain properly, and the drains were constantly backing up. Thankfully, Garrett and Adam came to the rescue! They spent the entire day at our house, really taking their time to make sure everything was done right. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and making sure you get the best value for your money. We were both so impressed—not just with the results, but with how kind, professional, and thorough they were throughout the whole process.     "Just WOW! This company far exceeded our expectations. We called a few weeks ago for a drain backup. Adam came out and spent several hours flushing/rooting out the drain. Everything was working. Seemed good. Yesterday, the water backed up in the downstairs shower and the laundry drain. Adam came back out first thing today and spent 4 hours working on it. Important to note - this was considered warranty work and there was zero charge. Hours more labor involved. Plumber had to lift out a toilet and replace the wax ring and bolts. Had to work from various drain entrance locations to work around rusted shut cast iron cleanouts/trap areas. Adam was personable and tidy and did not try to upsell us on anything. Best possible experience for an icky problem. Worth every penny!"
