    "Andrew from Zoom Drain came out today to my home and took care of us in no time!! We have just recently returned home after a rebuild from a pipe burst that occurred during ice storm Fern. Between the dried out interior of cast iron pipes, and debris that was allowed into the toilet drain during tear out and rebuild, we had a clog that would not budge!!! After two visits from a plumber who did work very hard to clear the pipes, we called Zoom and the jet spray literally knocked the clog out!!! Andrew stayed and continued cleaning out the pipe to be sure everything was clear. He was so friendly and polite, very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone having plumbing and drainage issues!!!! We are very pleased and grateful for Andrew's hard work!!!!"

We had camera work and high pressure (3,200 psi) cast iron scaling done. This was not an option below."

One issue involved a 50-year-old drain leading nowhere, and Andrew worked diligently to diagnose the cause of the slow drainage. He was able to remove a bag that was obstructing the line, scoped the drain as far as possible, and provided honest, fair recommendations and options for any additional work that might be needed. He also cleared a gutter drain with a buried downspout, removed roots that had grown into the line, and restored proper flow. Throughout the service, Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. We would absolutely call again for future service and highly recommend him to anyone needing drain or plumbing work."

Unfortunately, the tech assigned for the original appointment was running late, but Zoom Drain kept me informed, so I was not waiting for the tech to show. We quickly rescheduled, and the tech showed up on time for the new appointment. Adam quickly diagnosed the cause and cleared the blockage in 15 minutes. He cleaned up from the water overflow from the downspout and made sure I was happy with the appearance after he was finished."
