    Bart worked to make it perfect, and I mean WORKED.
    "I can't begin to say enough good things about Zoom Drain and my technician Bart. In this nasty cold something broke in my tub's pipes causing the water to run full force. After accessing the pipes I found the shutoff valves seized. I had to shut off the whole house's water, to tenants too. Zoom Drain came quickly to shut off the water to my tub so that I could turn on the rest of the water and scheduled an appointment to return to fix the piping. My pipe issue turned out to be a quite involved nightmare situation. Bart fought with my complicated setup, figuring out what would work to resolve things. (House is 150 yrs old and previous plumbers had done some creative plumbing.) Bart worked to make it perfect, and I mean WORKED. I am so appreciative of the job he did and would recommend him to anyone. Zoom Drain communicated with me about appointments and let me know when the technician was on his way unlike some companies that keep you guessing. I absolutely will be using them again."

    "Bart was excellent. He was on time, very courteous, and respectful. He came three times because of the work that was needed to clear the drain and replace galvanized pipe which broke apart. He explained everything to me as he was working. Kevin was also amazing. He kept me updated with texts. I received a mailing for sewer line coverage. I asked Kevin about it. Kevin read the information on the coverage and explained that my home insurance may provide coverage. He came back to my house and spoke to my home insurance company.
