They were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing.
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Zoom Drain in Chandler! Dave and Marco were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain what was going on with the drain issue, what needed to be done, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my home and how efficiently they worked. They didn’t just rush through the job either. They made sure everything was taken care of properly and left the area clean when they were finished. It’s always a relief when you find service professionals who are knowledgeable, communicate well, and genuinely care about doing a good job. Dave and Marco definitely made a great impression! If you need drain cleaning or plumbing-related services in Chandler, I highly recommend Zoom Drain and especially Dave and Marco. I’d definitely call them again!"

He did not try to upsell us or provide anything we didn’t need.
"We had a great experience with Zoom Drain Phoenix East Valley. I reached out on Angie’s List for an issue with our water heater, and they called me right away. They took the time to understand our issue and prepare for the call. Marcos came out at the time of the appointment and was on time, friendly, and professional. He gave us some realistic options and was patient while we decided the best option for us to fix the water heater. He did not try to upsell us or provide anything we didn’t need. We ended up replacing the water heater, and he came out later that day and got it done. The price was below the average price we looked up online, and we felt great about the service. We will be using them again in the future."
