Nathan and Heather Merrill, owners of Zoom Drain of Phoenix East Valley, have always admired exceptional companies in every industry that prioritize the customer experience, offer high-quality products and services, and foster a loyal, team-oriented work environment among their employees. Nathan and Heather work daily to emulate these best practices as the owners of Zoom Drain of Phoenix East Valley.
The Merrills were drawn to Zoom Drain because of the brand’s commitment to customer service – fast, focused, fixed – and dedication to a healthy company culture – energy, grit, responsibility, performance, and community – backed by Zoom Drain’s extensive industry knowledge and experience, and the best-in-class drain cleaning expertise, techs, and service trucks. “We wanted to focus on a specialty trade that would always be in demand and provide a vital service for our community here in the Phoenix East Valley,” they share.
