From the 1st phone call to them (we got their receptionist on off hours), then next day call back letting us know of an approx. time when they will be at our house. Then on the service day letting us know that they should be at our house within a half hour. They also were able to fix our problem basement drain, as it was plugged. They are knowledgeable! Rob was fantastic. I have a difficult situation with an almost 200-year-old house. He made headway in my drainage problem (water wasn't draining). He gave alternate options of things to try if the clog occurs again. But as it is a very old house and very old pipes, there is a lot to consider. But I am happy with what he was able to accomplish today!

Absurd Clog Out Quickly
Super bad clog to the point that it would take hours for the kitchen sink to drain a minimal amount of water and it was backing up into the dishwasher. Gross. Called Zoom Drain and they were able to get out relatively quickly. 2 plumbers came, both were very pleasant, personable, patient, and knowledgeable. Explained everything and answered all my silly questions. Got an absurd clog out that was probably 15-20 feet of pipe in a short amount of time. Cleaned up the gross splatter mess and everything. Tristan was one of them, I wish I could remember the other guy’s name because he was great too! Will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.
