Zoom Drain Is the Company to Call Jan 14, 2026

I hired another company to do a pre-inspection scope of my mainline sewer. The first company couldn't get the camera through what they were calling a house trap. I panicked after having seeing prior issues in friends and other places that I had owned. I called Zoom Drain and they were out same day and even fit me in a couple hours after calling [which is unheard of nowadays]. The staff in the office was amazing and they sent over a tech that had very advanced knowledge of sewer systems and quickly got to work and did a tremendously good job explaining, documenting, and recording. Got through the sewer and found a defect in the sewer. Zoom Drain quickly sent over a estimate for a repair so that I could accurately negotiate, which I was able to do well with the amazing investigative service that was done by the tech that was sent! Long story short, 2 very professional, hard working, and quality-driven install techs named Noah and Aiden came to my house to do a process that they called lining. In this stressful time these 2 guys knew what they were doing. They were obviously very well trained and did a wonderful job fixing my problem. I feel confident to inquire to all my friends that when it comes to your sewer trouble that Zoom Drain is the company to call! Thank you to the ladies in the office, the tech that came to do my sewer scope, the amazing staff that quickly drew me a estimate, and especially to Noah and Aiden for doing such a great job. I can now rest easy knowing my basement is safe! Thank you all!

They replaced my sewer trap with a clean line into the pipe leaving the house. It was getting backed up regularly due to the ancient trap in the floor. They jackhammered it out, replaced the piping, and put new concrete over it. They did an excellent job cleaning up as well. I would definitely recommend this company.

Amazing excavation job Aug 2, 2024

Sean Gould and his team did an amazing job excavating and replacing an old rusted-out iron sewage pipe under our driveway. It was a tough job with a lot of ledge to dig through (a different company was unable to do it a few years back), but they completed the work and stayed very close to the estimate, even after needing to remove a section of the water line. Plus, they had a great attitude and were easy to work with. Strong recommend!

Joe and his partner did a fantastic job fixing a busted sewer pump. Fit us in the same day I called and finished the job the next day. We also needed a pump truck and an electrician, which he arranged for us. Cost of the job was $760 and although I didn’t shop around, I think it seems reasonable for fast, quality trade work these days. Joe was also very professional, personable, and explained everything along the way, which I really appreciated. Oh, and added bonus—their dispatcher (Kristy I think?) was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Zoom Drain and will use them again in the future.
