Needed a sump pump replacement, emailed Zoom Drain on Saturday and they came and did the job on Monday. Quick turn around, industry standard pricing but will offer discounts if you add on jobs (added a drain scope). Both jobs together cost $1103, sump comes with two-year service warranty. Joe Gould was the tech and he did a great job - knowledgeable, professional, and quick pump replacement. Also appreciate that this company will text you a photo and the name of your technician so you know who to expect at your door.

Had a great experience! I was able to get my repair complete same day! Two techs worked well and got my sump pump unclogged and reseated. The price was a bit high but was a fixed rate, so I knew what it was at the outset. I called at 2:30 and it was fixed by dinner!

Oh dear lord! Marcus saved the day today! I had a nasty leak in our sump pump and was looking for emergency service near Waterboro. I called Zoom Drain and Marcus came to the rescue. He worked his magic: got the needed part, installed it, and then made adjustments and changes to the whole pump to assure that it was working properly. Zoom Drain/James did an excellent job fixing the issue we were having with our pump. James was very professional and knowledgeable. He told us exactly what he was going to do to diagnose the problem and the steps he would take to fix it, quoting the price for each step. We have had Zoom Drain out to our house twice so far. The first time Marcus fixed our sump pump after it flooded on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. They were very professional and responsive, and we really got the sense that they are in the business to do a good job by their customers, not just out there to make a buck. Today we had James out to scope and clean our sump pumps and he did a full servicing on them, as well as fix a leaking pipe under the sink and three clogged sink drains. He worked very hard and efficiently to tackle our long list of issues in record time, explained things very clearly to us, and fielded lots of our questions as well! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Will arrived at the time quoted and got to work on the clogged toilet. He explained his process and potential for other issues. He was very helpful with suggesting for future problems, including purchasing our own toilet auger and buying a pumice stone to clean up dark scratches on the bottom of the toilet. He handled everything very professionally. The office staff were also very helpful. Although it was an expensive lesson, we appreciate getting service on a Saturday afternoon.
