    "Huge thanks to Zoom Drain and, specifically, Drew, Ishmael, and Rafael. My mother (who is 82) had a problem with her sink not draining, and Drew came out and met with her and then talked to my husband to explain everything even more thoroughly. All of the galvanized steel pipes were rusting and needed to be replaced. Ishmael and Rafael came and worked all day to get all of the piping replaced, and they did an amazing job! Drew also sent my husband pictures of the finished job so we knew that Mom had everything done that needed to be. We were more than impressed with the business and the communication. These men handled an elderly lady with respect and care! Thank you all for what you did for her!"
