I am so grateful, as there were others who didn't bother to show up or even communicate why they were no-shows. Tues a.m. called Zoom, they came out within 5 hours from that call and diagnosed the issue. Said they would have parts delivered to their office by Wednesday. Thursday at 10 a.m. showed up and basically replaced the broken part of the well, and now I have water after wasting my time finding someone who serviced my area.
