Unfortunately for me, I have a very invasive root system growing into my main line. This is the second time I’ve had to call out Zoom Drain, and both times they have been great. They hydro jetted the line and were able to get some flow again until we can dig up the pipe and replace it. Ruiz was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Preston was great. Full transparency from the beginning of the process and cost of the job. Was able to quickly determine the source of the block and gave a couple of options to resolve it. We had a large grease build up blocking the line and elected to have it water jetted out. Preston took his time making sure he had vision of the pipe with his camera and ensuring he fully cleared the grease blockage out and got the pipe back to free flowing. Fast professional service much appreciated in a stressful time. Much appreciated and recommended.

Called after my sewer line backed up twice. James and Ruizdael were both extremely helpful when each has come out. They found extensive damage but were able to hydrojet the drain so we can diagnose the situation. A lot of very helpful info and he was very accommodating and friendly, which made a bad situation easier to deal with. They are a very responsive company and they are very patient with some really difficult situations.

I had a good experience with this company. Ruiz showed up to check out my sewer backup issue and was very polite and professional. He determined the source was coming from the city sewer, so I had to contact them. Zoom Drain did not charge me for the service call, which I thought was great.

It was a big clog in my main sewer line. It was a hard time dealing with it. I had expended money trying to fix it, but nothing worked out. Well, I had to call the heavyweights, Zoom Drain, to take care of it, and they unclogged it, thank God. When it comes to plumbing problems, clogs, call Zoom Drain, do not call Roto-Rooter, and you’ll thank me later.
