I had a small leak coming from the kitchen sink pipes under my counter. I have no knowledge about how to assess or fix anything when it comes to plumbing, so I called my landlord. My landlord chose this company to come to the home and fix it. The following business day, I was able to meet with Preston, a friendly and easy-going employee who came in and easily was able to assess the issue. He then explained simply what the issue was to me so I could understand, and then fixed the problem so that I was back in action in my kitchen. The whole interaction only took about 15-20 minutes, which was nice. Overall, was satisfied with the service. Thank you!

A pipe broke last Friday in my basement. I had never used Zoom Drain before but found them on Google search and Angi and chose to call them. I could not be happier with that decision! The person who answered was lovely. She said somebody would be to my house within a few hours and then the owner called back very shortly after and said he could have somebody there in an hour!
Gianni arrived just as promised and did an amazing job of unclogging and cleanup. And you know when someone says it could cost this much or it could cost this much, the latter being the more? And you kind of just prepare yourself that it'll be the higher price? Well I was so pleasantly surprised when he told me the final amount which was the lower one! Gianni and Kyle definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend!

Very Responsive and Patient Company
Called after my sewer line backed up twice. James and Ruizdael were both extremely helpful when each has come out. They found extensive damage but were able to hydrojet the drain so we can diagnose the situation. A lot of very helpful info and he was very accommodating and friendly, which made a bad situation easier to deal with. They are a very responsive company and they are very patient with some really difficult situations.

Did Not Charge Me for the Service Call
I had a good experience with this company. Ruiz showed up to check out my sewer backup issue and was very polite and professional. He determined the source was coming from the city sewer, so I had to contact them. Zoom Drain did not charge me for the service call, which I thought was great.

It was a big clog in my main sewer line. It was a hard time dealing with it. I had expended money trying to fix it, but nothing worked out. Well, I had to call the heavyweights, Zoom Drain, to take care of it, and they unclogged it, thank God. When it comes to plumbing problems, clogs, call Zoom Drain, do not call Roto-Rooter, and you’ll thank me later.
