They found extensive damage but were able to hydrojet the drain so we can diagnose the situation. A lot of very helpful info and he was very accommodating and friendly, which made a bad situation easier to deal with. It was a big clog in my main sewer line. It was a hard time dealing with it. I had expended money trying to fix it, but nothing worked out. Well, I had to call the heavyweights, Zoom Drain, to take care of it, and they unclogged it, thank God. When it comes to plumbing problems, clogs, call Zoom Drain, do not call Roto-Rooter, and you’ll thank me later.

Unbelievable Response Time on a Holiday Weekend!
I can't say enough good things about working with Kyle and his team! We had a severely clogged sewer main filled with roots. We called on a Sunday night and Kyle got back to me within a half hour—unbelievable response time on a holiday weekend! The guys called me to let me know when they'd arrive. The crew arrived the next day (we didn't want a late-night service call) and spent more than 5 hours diagnosing and fixing our problem all the way to the town sewer manhole cover. We had a massive root clog—more than 4 feet in length—that they blew through with snakes, jets, and a cutting tool! The guys were professional, personable, and left no trace that they'd even been there. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

Worst case scenario response that went well beyond expectations. Guest had clogged main line with wipes, paper, and more wipes. Gianni (tech) was methodical, professional, and competent as he literally used every tool on board until he cleared this massive clog. I usually handle this work myself as a landlord with plumbing skills, so I knew what needed to be done and how to do it. It was a nice change not to have to handle it. Highly recommend using Zoom Drain. We were under contract on a house and needed to get the sewer line cleaned to complete the scope—they worked with us on a tight schedule and were able to accommodate same day service! Kyle was helpful scheduling, and Preston was a huge help with the service. He arrived on time and found that the sewer line was actually clean and the previous inspector had provided incorrect info. Preston scoped the entire line for us to show that it was completely clear and provided additional info about the line for our own knowledge. Gianni was helpful and very knowledgeable. My house has old cast iron pipes. He knew there should be two points of entry to the main sewer line, but we only saw one. He was very determined to find the 2nd entry to be able to snake the line out to the road. After a little digging, he found it. He was here for four hours, but he cleaned out the vent pipe and made sure all lines were flowing freely before he left. I will definitely call them again if I run into any more issues. Great company.

That's a rare thing – there have been plenty of contractors who not only try to gouge older people for every dollar they can get, but speak to them as if they're idiots. Joe made my mother's day even before attacking the issue.
Two: Problem solved. He blasted out the obstructions in our pipe and his camera was able to show there may have been additional blockage in the city's sewer pipe in the street. The street was cleared a week later and there have been no issues since.
I cannot recommend this company enough.

I had a good experience with this company. Ruiz showed up to check out my sewer backup issue and was very polite and professional. He determined the source was coming from the city sewer, so I had to contact them. Zoom Drain did not charge me for the service call, which I thought was great.
