Absolutely amazing service. My toilet and sink were clogged. We had a competitor plumbing company come out to diagnose the problem. They claimed I had a major issue and would need a company that could use jetting technology to fix the "major" problem. Absolutely terrified, I called Zoom Drain as they have excellent reviews. The receptionist was very nice and scheduled a service call for the next morning. Austin and Jonah were prompt and extremely professional. They put me at ease immediately. They communicated every step of the way and had the problem solved quickly. Somehow a washcloth got flushed. They were able to snake the drain and clear the sink, too. They were extremely thorough and the price was very reasonable. I will be using Zoom Drain for all my plumbing needs! Highly recommend!
