"We have an old house with some galvanized pipes that had become completely closed off. I read good reviews about their service and also the ease of getting a quick appointment, and they were absolutely correct. I made an appointment online and Josh came as scheduled to evaluate the situation. I got a text ahead of time with his picture so I knew who to look for and also had time to secure my dog. Josh explained the work that needed to be done, and I had an estimate the same day. It took 3 days total, and every time Josh and a co-worker (apologies for forgetting their names) were on time, friendly, and explained where they were in the process along the way. The pricing was flat rate, so the price I was quoted was what I paid. The person I spoke with on the phone (Angela) to make payments and schedule the actual work dates was also very helpful and professional. I recommend Zoom Drain without hesitation.
One other thing that did not affect this review, but was very nice: the week after the job was complete I received a thank-you gift!"
