Paul had to devise a way to attach the new laundry tub to the wall, which he did by some carpentry and screws. We found Zoom Drain through Frank’s Basement Systems. Zoom Drain does all their plumbing. In addition to installing a new laundry tub in the basement and a new faucet on the laundry tub in the first-floor laundry room, Paul also advised me on another plumbing problem I found where a heating contractor blocked a shut-off valve."

    "I called them at 9:30 p.m. when my sewer line was backing up and flooding my house. Stephanie was able to fit me in first thing the next morning. I received a text message from them when the plumber was on the way. Once he arrived, I received a phone call from him to discuss the work and the estimate, requesting approval to proceed. Josh was very transparent and efficient. The job cost exactly what he stated in the estimate. He also went further to discuss future issues and potential solutions down the road. Overall, great service, rapid response and reasonably priced. I would absolutely use them again, though I hope I don’t have to any time soon."
