"I had an underground gutter backup and contacted Zoom Drain to check it out. Paul was professionally dressed and professional in action as well. He explained the pricing before beginning, and noted that the pricing doesn't "stack"—if you got the video that informed that drain cleaning was required, you don't pay for both, you pay just for the drain cleaning, which was nice.
After parking on the street and analyzing the problem, he ASKED if he could park in the driveway, which may seem small, but it was appreciated. He showed me the big chunk of roots he took out of the drain that was located in the trap in my yard. The pricing seemed fair as well.
He then explained options for the trap (removal/possibility of a clean-out/regular maintenance) but was in no way pushy.
I only checked out Zoom Drain because of the good reviews—here's another one!"
