Jordan provided excellent consultation and inspection service to try to determine if drain cleaning services were needed. Very competent, friendly and thorough. My first experience with Zoom Drain was about a month ago at my stepmother's house. Zoom Drain responded quickly and took care of her issue promptly. My own septic issue showed up Friday night. I called Zoom Drain Saturday morning, and my technician, Corey, was at my house in less than two hours. Corey quickly figured out the issue and had follow-up services scheduled for later that afternoon. Today, Corey showed up early and had the final repairs completed in a few hours. Besides the prompt response, I was impressed by the care and service provided by Corey and the Zoom Drain team. I will definitely use Zoom Drain in the future for any septic needs I have.Dianne Meints

Jordan was fantastic! Got us in early. Explained everything clearly. And was unwilling to leave the job partially finished even when the main problem was solved. We really appreciate his, and Zoom's, help with our sewer lines.Scheyer Levis

They came out within 12 hours for a non-emergency issue, and Jordan was kind, efficient, and really informative. It turns out our clog didn’t need intervention today; he offered a camera for peace of mind if I was worried but let me know that it was totally fine to wait and see if our clog was resolving on its own since our toilet was flushing fine. Since he showed me what to look for to know it needed service, I know I can call back anytime to get them back out.Lara Hayden

Drain stopped by roots. 6 feet from c/o to tank. Hydro jetting was offered for 930.00 dollars. The size head on the jetting hose would not pass a fitting. I was told he would be back with a smaller head and get to the roots with 5000 psi and cut them. Then I was told that the smaller head may get stuck in the tank baffle. So for 930.00 dollars I got no benefit. It didn't touch the roots. Maybe a cutter head on an auger would have been a better choice or a follow up. Now I will probably have another backup soon. Not happy. Thanks, Tommy new post... I would like to commend Zoom Drain for the great response to my post. Jeremy came out and dug up the baffle and cleaned the roots. Thanks and I would recommend them now.Tom Solberg
