Customer Reviews

He was thorough and professional and explained things well. I would hire Zoom Drain again, even though there are closer companies.
"Zoom Drain of Puyallup, WA did a required septic inspection for me. They made a special effort to help me on short notice since an alarm went off and they had a technician in my area. Jeremy found the cause and fixed that, and then did the full inspection of my somewhat complicated system. He was thorough and professional and explained things well. I was happy when he told me my tank didn't need pumping. I would hire Zoom Drain again, even though there are closer companies."

"I did not use the service after all, after I had received the estimate that was out of my reach, but Corey was exceptional. My first impression was that he was very professional, including his attire, but also quite personable. He even offered some tips for dealing with my issue."

He’s the hero at Zoom that conquered our problem and removed the roots by hand in some areas.
"We had clogged drain pipes filled with roots that couldn’t possibly function until Jeremy arrived. He’s the hero at Zoom that conquered our problem and removed the roots by hand in some areas. He’s pictured with just one batch of many. He did a fantastic calm job without frustration, though he could not have anticipated how difficult it would be. I would absolutely call them again. Thank you, Jeremy! And Zoom!"

"Jeremy was absolutely amazing helping descale the cast iron pipe that was my main sewer line. He went above and beyond trying to fish out a very tricky piece of lead that was stuck inside and creating a blockage. Highly recommend Zoom Drain and especially Jeremy, great guy who goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service."

Quick to respond to my calls, and the price may be on the steep side, but the professional work is beyond well worth it. Would recommend this business to anyone who could hear me."
