The other guys diagnosed over the phone and scheduled a pumper truck. Glad I canceled that and called Zoom instead!!!"

    Besides the prompt response, I was impressed by the care and service provided by Corey and the Zoom Drain team.
    "My first experience with Zoom Drain was about a month ago at my stepmother's house. Zoom Drain responded quickly and took care of her issue promptly. My own septic issue showed up Friday night. I called Zoom Drain Saturday morning, and my technician, Corey, was at my house in less than two hours. Corey quickly figured out the issue and had follow-up services scheduled for later that afternoon. Today, Corey showed up early and had the final repairs completed in a few hours. Besides the prompt response, I was impressed by the care and service provided by Corey and the Zoom Drain team. I will definitely use Zoom Drain in the future for any septic needs I have."

    They wanted our business, they earned our business, and now they have our business.
    "This is a fantastic local company that does an incredible job. After first enlisting their services, they came out several times, I think six actually, to get our floor drains working as intended and not backing up, which they were doing on a nightly basis. This was all done for a flat initial charge, each visit being treated as a maintenance visit, something you don’t see often enough. They wanted our business, they earned our business, and now they have our business. They also maintain our grease trap, and I could not recommend this vendor enough."

    "We had a hairy situation and Jordan's calm demeanor put us at ease. He was clear and patient explaining all the potential problems as he got more information in his investigation. He checked in on the methods used and the risks involved and was careful in his approach. He had to go back to refill his water tank and come back, but he was dedicated to finishing the job. There were a few problems found and he's prepared us for the road ahead to solve the problem in the long term. In the shorter term, though, we can use our drains and appliances again and he'll connect us with folks who can handle the downstream issues for us. Our appointment was scheduled to be 12-4. He messaged at 10:30 asking if we would like him to come early since he was in the area. Even with the refill run he had to do, we were still clear by 1 p.m. If we end up in a similar situation again we will definitely be contacting Zoom Drain! Thanks, Jordan!"
