Despite a no-show for the initial survey for the quote, we hashed it out with Nadine, who was very understanding and worked with us to get our inspection appropriately priced and performed ASAP. Jordan was punctual and professional, keeping us abreast on what he was doing all through the process. For that initial misstep, I normally would've given them 4 stars, but they have a dedication to doing their job right, otherwise. Great company."

The other guys diagnosed over the phone and scheduled a pumper truck. Glad I canceled that and called Zoom instead!!!"

I called Zoom Drain Saturday morning, and my technician, Corey, was at my house in less than two hours. Corey quickly figured out the issue and had follow-up services scheduled for later that afternoon. Today, Corey showed up early and had the final repairs completed in a few hours. Besides the prompt response, I was impressed by the care and service provided by Corey and the Zoom Drain team. I will definitely use Zoom Drain in the future for any septic needs I have."
