Zoom Drain was able to come out on short notice when we had a plumbing issue at one of our furnished rentals, and I really appreciated how quickly they responded. Having an occupied property made timing especially important, and their responsiveness helped us resolve the issue with minimal disruption to our guests.
The technician was friendly, patient, and willing to work through the problem with me rather than immediately assuming that equipment needed to be replaced. He also checked another concern under the kitchen sink while he was there and helped make sure everything was addressed.
I especially appreciated that he was reasonable and fair with the final pricing based on the work that was ultimately required. With an unexpected property repair already creating plenty of stress, that consideration meant a lot.
Quick response, pleasant technician, fair treatment, and most importantly—the problem was resolved and our guests were able to continue enjoying their stay.
