    The staff listened to the issues I was having with the toilet and came prepared with parts in stock in their truck.

He checked the water line first and made some cuts in our garage ceiling that initially weren't necessary to fix the pipe, but we are definitely thankful for it because he found years' worth of black mold that could have caused bigger problems in the future.
