    It was clogged when he arrived, and flowing when he left so I’m good with it.

He tried to use his smallest drain snake auger with my consent, knowing that there would be an upcharge. It had no discernible effect, other than the auger head broke off and never navigated through the trap. It was clogged when he arrived, and flowing when he left so I’m good with it, though there was no proprietary process or equipment involved."
