    It was clogged when he arrived, and flowing when he left so I’m good with it.
    "We were a referral from Isley Plumbing. Had a clogged garage floor drain. Jacob was very affable and well spoken. Drain got opened by a combination of hot water and plunging. He tried to use his smallest drain snake auger with my consent, knowing that there would be an upcharge. It had no discernible effect, other than the auger head broke off and never navigated through the trap. It was clogged when he arrived, and flowing when he left so I’m good with it, though there was no proprietary process or equipment involved."
