I highly recommend Zoom Drain. We had been having backyard flooding issues due to what appeared to be a clogged underground drainage system. Zoom Drain came out the same day. Barbie was absolutely incredible to work with for the scheduling and coordination. Also, she was so very pleasant, which is very much appreciated. I’m giving 5 stars for customer service - they didn’t end up doing any work for me because once they came out to see the situation, they realized they didn’t have the right equipment. But the folks at Zoom Drain are great! Very responsive, they had someone out the same day I called and Brandon was so nice, even though he drove in an hour of traffic to get to me only to see he couldn’t do the work.
