Their prices are extremely reasonable for a smaller company, costing almost half of what large corporate conglomerates cost. Can’t recommend them enough for your little or big plumbing issues. I had already removed the P-trap and tried using a manual drain snake multiple times, pulling out hair and toilet paper, but I was unable to clear the clog. Raymond arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand everything I had already done. He quickly identified the problem, explained the situation clearly, and used the proper equipment to clear the blockage. What I appreciated most was his honesty and professionalism. He focused on solving the problem rather than trying to upsell unnecessary services. After the repair, he made sure everything was draining properly and left the area clean.     "I couldn’t have found a better pair of service techs, father & son team, to help me out with a clogged kitchen sink. They explained my options & the cost for each one. Since my house is 28 years old & every 1 1/2 to 2 years I have to call someone out to unclog it… AGAIN… I chose the jet spray option and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was shocked at what came out of that drain: hardened grease that looked like rocks & mucky, sluggish, filthy water. The snake does not get the drain pipe (walls) clean like the jet. I’m glad I spent the extra money to get the job done right… WHAT A RELIEF! Thank you Raymond & Raymond."
