"Miguel at Zoom Drain was outstanding. I had a very challenging drainage problem with landscape drains that were severely clogged with years of dirt and debris, and Miguel went above and beyond to get the job done right.
He was professional, highly skilled, patient, and incredibly thorough. Rather than giving up when the job proved more difficult than expected, he kept working through the problem and made sure the drains were properly cleared and functioning again. He also took the time to explain what he was finding and what he was doing along the way.
On top of his expertise, Miguel was friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to have at my home. It’s rare to find someone who combines this level of technical skill with such great customer service.
Zoom Drain is fortunate to have Miguel representing their company. I would absolutely recommend him and would specifically request him again if I ever need drain service in the future. Five stars without hesitation!"
