    Dan came out within a couple of hours, analyzed the problem, and fixed it. No extra charge for weekend or holiday.

    "We had a very vexing and stubbornly clogged shower/bathtub drain. At 11:30 AM I made a request through the Angi app for plumbing/drain cleaning services. I selected Zoom Drain Portland (ZDP) as they are reviewed as a five star service. Yes, indeed … Zoom Drain Portland is a golden five star service. Within a minute of submitting the service request, I was promptly and politely contacted by Mr. Peter. In less than 2 minutes we scheduled a service time (same day) for 6–8 PM. But, just a short 30 minutes later I was contacted by Caiden Ranieri, the assigned ZDP technician, who asked if he could come by earlier, in 25 minutes! I happily agreed. Caiden showed up promptly as we arranged. He explained the service options after reviewing the clogged tub. He got right to work and in spite of a really stuck and challenging clogged drain, our tub/shower now drains perfectly. All before 1:30! The 10% over 65 discount is a nice touch!! I strongly recommend Zoom Drain Portland! Now I can get back to weeding and watering my garlic plot!"

    "Landon with Zoom Drain came out to investigate my toilet overflowing shortly after I moved into a recently remodeled home. He was friendly, polite, and professional, and he recommended hydro jetting to clear the line. Dan returned the next day, and with Landon’s assistance, they performed the hydro jetting. I was still nervous about potential ongoing plumbing issues, but Dan was very reassuring. He explained that the blockage was due to construction debris in the pipes and took the time to share helpful tips on using newer high-efficiency toilets, which can be more prone to clogs. It’s now been almost two weeks since the service, and I haven’t had any issues, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. I really appreciate both Landon and Dan for their thorough work and professionalism. Highly recommend Zoom Drain!"
