"We had Zoom out to clear out rain drains. Our tech, Caiden, started by attempting to clear the line from the street end. That’s when we found out the line was filled with concrete. Not mud and leaves and sticks… concrete. We just moved into the home a few months ago, and we knew the drains were overflowing next to the foundation… and the front step and sidewalk had been recently re-poured… so we’re thinking maybe they broke into the line when they were digging it out to pour the new sidewalk, and it seeped in and hardened. Ugh! Caiden wasn’t phased. He went to the inlet under the gutter, and after some serious water jetting the water stopped coming back out, and we could hear it draining from the other side. It seems at some point the rain drains were tied into the sewer? We ran our hose in the other drains and confirmed they were good. I could not have had a more frightening and then perfect result. I got to talk to Caiden while he worked, and I have to say this young man has it together! I wish I knew half as much when I was his age. Excellent communication before, en route, and throughout. Professionalism and punctuality. My favorites. I don’t really do reviews, but I will for this company. Excellent all around."
