Dan helped me out a lot. My fix was to reroute. He took time to call a reference for me even though he was unable to help me. I would recommend these guys to anyone.Stephanie Lunsford
Landon with Zoom Drain came out to investigate my toilet overflowing shortly after I moved into a recently remodeled home. He was friendly, polite, and professional, and he recommended hydro jetting to clear the line. Dan returned the next day, and with Landon’s assistance, they performed the hydro jetting. I was still nervous about potential ongoing plumbing issues, but Dan was very reassuring. He explained that the blockage was due to construction debris in the pipes and took the time to share helpful tips on using newer high-efficiency toilets, which can be more prone to clogs. It’s now been almost two weeks since the service, and I haven’t had any issues, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. I really appreciate both Landon and Dan for their thorough work and professionalism. Highly recommend Zoom Drain!Kelley Stokes
Dan and Adam took the time to fully clear our kitchen sink drain line and run a camera to isolate the problem. Very personable and straightforward guys. The price was a little high, but they quoted me upfront and stood by the quote. Overall, I would recommend for drain trouble of any kind.Brinda Coleman
We had a really tough clog, but they were kind, considerate, and professional through the process. Will definitely be my first call when I have any plumbing issues. Highly recommend their services.Brett Unger
Alfonso and his partner were on time, respectful, and thoughtful in their work. They quickly identified the problems and promptly fixed them. They wore booties to keep our house clean, negotiated with his boss to lower the cost on an expensive service, and left our drains in really good shape.Think Little
This morning my husband and I became aware that we had a severely clogged drain in our kitchen and adjacent laundry sink in the garage, which likely had been building for months. I called Zoom Drain and Phil took my call and was very helpful, setting up an appointment within hours. Dan came and did an exceptional and very thorough job on our problem. We are so relieved finally to have this taken care of in a very professional manner. Thanks so much!Cynthia Keeney
Dan showed up on time and did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink. He was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed a leak we didn’t even know was there. I will definitely call them again the next time we have a plumbing issue.Kyra Littlefield
I had another company come out the day before, and under duress of wanting to get my life back and my bathroom, I agreed to have him come out and dig up pipes at a cost of $6,500. However, upon further thought, I read about possible causes of the backup, and it said the most likely cause was sludge and that a jetter was the best way to clear it out. So I called up Angie's List, and they got me Zoom Drains, and when I tell you these guys are heroes, Dan Nelson showed up on Easter Sunday at 10:00 in the morning, and after a fierce battle we beat the sludge monster back to his hole in the sewer, and my pipes are flowing clean and I got my bathroom back. That man cemented his hero status today in my book.Kevin Kosik
Liked him. Efficient and nice. Explained everything and got it all working. Had to clear drains in garage for washing machine. Also cleared lines to kitchen sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again.Linda Donovan
Dan was amazing, great with the family when he was working in the house. He solved our issues with a clogged washing machine drain and did it with a smile.Cameron Ewry
Great service at about half the price of the big-name guys! Will use again!Mike Iszler
We really appreciate Dan’s repair of our kitchen sink plumbing and his quick response to our request. Dan expedited the project with friendliness and skill and left us with handy maintenance tips.Debra Corl
Fabulous customer service, great problem solving, and a wonderful rep that did work. Knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. Well done! A++ George Fay Lake Oswego, ORGeorge Fay
Dan is a competent and friendly guy! We have a 1920 farmhouse with an addition on it from the 1950’s. We were having problems with the drainage and couldn’t figure out why and the layout of the pipes. Dan got on the roof and put a scope down the vents, and could tell us where the blockage is and what the risks were of blasting water in there vs. digging trenches to unclog. We really appreciate him being so knowledgeable about drainage systems. We’ll be using him for our farm on this project and more. Great guy.Connie Vancil
They were quick to call back after hours and scheduled as soon as the next day. Pricing was affordable and communication was great. They fixed our problem and the sink has been working great since! Thank you! Highly recommended!Patty Barrington
My kitchen sink was seriously clogged, and all attempts on my part to find and/or clear the problem were unsuccessful. I called Zoom Drain on a Saturday evening and made an appointment for Sunday morning (no additional weekend charge - bonus!). Dan arrived on time, had the problem fixed in under an hour, gave me some tips on how to avoid having this happen again, and was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. If I could give him 10 stars, I would - yes, he was that good!Holly Bailey
