Trenchless Sewer Service in Oregon City
Drain & Sewer Specialists Serving Oregon City, OR
We work on drain and sewer systems and nothing else. When you call Zoom Drain of Portland for trenchless drain and sewer service, the technician who arrives isn’t a general plumber splitting attention across multiple trades. Every job starts with a video inspection of the sewer line. That inspection drives the diagnosis, and the flat-rate quote that follows is the number you pay: no hourly additions, no surprise charges after the fact.
We serve both residential and commercial customers, and every completed trenchless job is backed by a reliable warranty. Our technicians arrive in fully equipped service trucks, ready to work from the first visit.

Why Trenchless Repair Makes Sense for Local Properties
Oregon City is the oldest incorporated city west of the Rocky Mountains, and that history shows up underground. A meaningful share of its housing stock sits above aging clay or cast iron sewer laterals (the pipe connecting a property to the public main) that are at or beyond their designed service life. Clay soil in parts of the area expands and contracts with seasonal moisture, causing older pipes to shift, swell, or separate over time. The mature tree canopy across Oregon City’s established neighborhoods adds steady root intrusion pressure. The conditions for sewer line failure are well established here.
Traditional excavation to replace a sewer lateral means cutting through whatever sits above it. On Oregon City properties, that often means established landscaping, mature trees, or a concrete driveway. The surface restoration alone can add significantly to the total cost. Trenchless methods address the pipe with minimal surface disturbance, which means less collateral damage and less to restore when the work is done.
Our flat-rate pricing reflects the full scope of the job. The quote we present after the video inspection is the price.
What Sets Us Apart for Oregon City Sewer Work
Focusing only on drain and sewer systems means our technicians diagnose sewer problems with greater accuracy. That focused experience matters when a property owner is dealing with root intrusion, clay pipe failure, or a lateral that’s shifted under decades of use.
Every technician is background-checked, drug-tested, and extensively trained in drain and sewer systems. They arrive equipped with video inspections, high-pressure water jetting, and pipe locators: the tools needed to confirm what’s happening before any repair begins. During service, they protect floors and work areas and clean up when the job is finished.
We back our work with reliable warranties and ongoing support. For Oregon City homeowners, property managers, and commercial operators, that means a clear record of what was done.

Alfonso did an excellent job! It was late at night, and he showed up within an hour of my request. He was professional, quick, and got the job done right. Highly recommend! An Nguyen
Amazing service from Zoom Drain. We had a horribly clogged kitchen sink and the backwater was flowing out of our washing machine drain pipe. A nightmare to wake up to. We called a few places and Zoom Drain had immediate availability and sent Dan, who is an expert in his trade! He was knowledgeable and efficient, and gave us tips on how to properly use a garbage disposal and how to check water flow outside of our house. We will absolutely be calling them again for future drain and sewer issues. Highly recommend Zoom Drain!Itzel Chavez
Great communication skills and clean work. He would communicate everything he did. Opened the drains and cleaned up afterwards.Arya Behbehani
Awesome service, very friendly, really enjoyed talking to Dan. Thank you.B C
A prompt visit with a reasonable bid. Also, a tip for me to try snaking through the overflow opening.Jonathan Beck
Dan did a really great job of finding and identifying the issue with our sewer and then correcting the problem. If ever needed, we would use Dan and Zoom Drain again. The senior discount helped a lot also with moving forward with the work.Randy
Just had my gutter and driveway drains looked at, no work necessary.Chris Corso
We had Zoom out to clear out rain drains. Our tech, Caiden, started by attempting to clear the line from the street end. That’s when we found out the line was filled with concrete. Not mud and leaves and sticks… concrete. We just moved into the home a few months ago, and we knew the drains were overflowing next to the foundation… and the front step and sidewalk had been recently re-poured… so we’re thinking maybe they broke into the line when they were digging it out to pour the new sidewalk, and it seeped in and hardened. Ugh! Caiden wasn’t phased. He went to the inlet under the gutter, and after some serious water jetting the water stopped coming back out, and we could hear it draining from the other side. It seems at some point the rain drains were tied into the sewer? We ran our hose in the other drains and confirmed they were good. I could not have had a more frightening and then perfect result. I got to talk to Caiden while he worked, and I have to say this young man has it together! I wish I knew half as much when I was his age. Excellent communication before, en route, and throughout. Professionalism and punctuality. My favorites. I don’t really do reviews, but I will for this company. Excellent all around.Kevin Graef
Caiden was very professional and extremely courteous, and knew exactly what needed to be done.Carol Parker
Zoom Drain is the BEST!!! We’ve had an ongoing sewer line issue for about a year that had been looking like an extremely expensive fix. We had been working with multiple companies to get quotes, and Phil at Zoom Drain was easily the most responsive of all of the companies we had spoken with. He was so quick to respond and was so eager to help, and with the help of Alfonso and Adam (truly the A team!!!) they were able to come up with a much less invasive solution to our problem at a fraction of the cost. Within a week of reaching out for help, it was fixed. To top it off, after they finished the repair, they left some toys for our dog, and they’re her new favorite toys now.Brina Marshall
Adam did a great job completing the repair work on my drain. He is a credit to the company. He provided clear, knowledgeable information, was available for questions, and left everything very tidy. I was very impressed with the quality of the entire team who did the job. Hats off to the management for their ability to hire quality staff. Best regards, FranFran Moga
Caiden was great. He explained how things worked very clearly. He also checked if we qualified to get 10% off. After talking to our son about what he did trying to fix, Caiden was able to correctly diagnose the problem without even touching our drain and gave options on how to fix to save us money. Thank you, Caiden.Angel Blue
Dan and Adam did an excellent job and cleared our drain. They also recommended a plumber to perform the long term solution for our leaking drain line. They were easy to follow and made sure we approved the work and price before starting. The communication for the scheduled appointment was also great and appreciated.Mike M
Caiden was very professional. He explained and gave a quote before starting work. He also disinfected the floor after he completed clearing the drain. I am a very happy camper. Thanks, Zoom, for your quick response.Angela McEntee
Got a next-morning appointment for standing water in the sink. Pricing was easy to understand and reasonable for the skill and equipment needed. Went above my expectations in protecting the floor and cabinets.Adam Phillips
Fast and friendly! Dan and Adam were very friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. I would absolutely call again, but hopefully I won’t have to!Kristi McQueen
