James was skeptical after his review and essentially redid some of the fitting of new pipes the other company did improperly. I called Zoom Drain initially on a Sunday of a holiday weekend for a clogged basement toilet and possible pump failure, and they came right out. They assessed the problem and thought I might need a new pump, but didn't take everything apart, since nothing would be open to get the required part until Tuesday, and they didn't want to leave me with a mess until then. Checking on the pump would have required taking the toilet out and removing the panel from the wall, and he wouldn't have been able to replace it until everything opened on Tuesday. They came back on Tuesday, the day after the holiday, and reassessed. Thankfully, the toilet clog had resolved itself, and Aaron tested the drains and the pump, and everything seemed great. He explained everything and took the time to show me. He was friendly and professional. Thank you, Zoom Drain!

Zoom responded within 10 minutes, and I still haven't heard from Roto Rooter! I contacted them because my 90-year-old dad had a problem with his shower not draining, that after several hours of work I could not clear. They were on-site within 2 hours of contact, which was at 4 p.m., and stayed till they cleared the drain. I highly recommend them.
