    "James was incredible! We had another large company come out that completely missed our clog and thought we would need to rip up our floor to get to a cracked pipe. James was skeptical after his review and essentially redid some of the fitting of new pipes the other company did improperly. In short time, he was able to test the drain and have it working properly. Very much recommend this company and James for their honesty and quality work!"

    "I called Zoom Drain initially on a Sunday of a holiday weekend for a clogged basement toilet and possible pump failure, and they came right out. They assessed the problem and thought I might need a new pump, but didn't take everything apart, since nothing would be open to get the required part until Tuesday, and they didn't want to leave me with a mess until then. Checking on the pump would have required taking the toilet out and removing the panel from the wall, and he wouldn't have been able to replace it until everything opened on Tuesday. They came back on Tuesday, the day after the holiday, and reassessed. Thankfully, the toilet clog had resolved itself, and Aaron tested the drains and the pump, and everything seemed great. He explained everything and took the time to show me. He was friendly and professional. Thank you, Zoom Drain!"

    "I am very happy with Zoom. From their almost immediate response to their departure they were great. I emailed Roto Rooter and Zoom at the same time. Zoom responded within 10 minutes, and I still haven't heard from Roto Rooter! I contacted them because my 90-year-old dad had a problem with his shower not draining, that after several hours of work I could not clear. They were on-site within 2 hours of contact, which was at 4 p.m., and stayed till they cleared the drain. I highly recommend them."

    My technician James Squire was amazing, very knowledgeable, and was able to pinpoint the problem and get me clear and running free.
    "Prior to my technician arriving, I received a phone call from the owner checking to make sure that I still wanted service. He was polite, friendly, and reassured me that the technician was experienced and that I wouldn't be disappointed. He was so correct. I was not disappointed. I would totally recommend this company to all of my friends. I am planning to also get some additional work on a sink in the basement for my washing machine. My technician, James Squire, was amazing, very knowledgeable, came in, looked at my drain issue, was able to pinpoint the problem, and was able to get me clear and running free. He was very professional, friendly, and left the job nice and clean."
