He checked the pipes with a camera and let us see the condition of the pipes and recommended a viable course of action. After water jetting our pipes, he also cleared the bathroom sink drains. There were some pretty tough spots when he was snaking the main floor drain, but he persisted and just kept at it. He knew what he was doing and where to check for problems.
